- At the moment of pickup, you receive your compensation: a 30% voucher off the original price to use on your next Circulari purchase, or a 15% cash refund paid directly.
- The piece goes to the workshop, gets sanded down, touched up, and goes back on the market as good as new.
No need to find a buyer, no need to take photos, no haggling. You decide when, and they take care of the rest.
What other options exist in Spain?
The reality is that no other children's furniture brand in Spain offers a guaranteed return system with financial compensation. There are a few second-hand initiatives run by brands or parent communities, but without pickup, without restoration, and without a guaranteed price.
The closest alternatives are:
- Baby-focused second-hand marketplaces such as second-hand Chicco listings or local Facebook groups: useful, but with no guarantees or assured financial return.
- General marketplaces: they work well for quality furniture in good condition, but require time and effort to manage.
- Some eco-friendly furniture shops that accept the occasional return, with no structured system or fixed compensation.

Is it worth buying with the return in mind?
The million-euro question. The answer depends on how you calculate the furniture's real cost.

What happens to the piece after you return it?
It goes to Circulari's artisan workshop, near Barcelona. There it's taken apart, sanded, refinished with water-based varnish, and reassembled. The goal is for it to be indistinguishable from new. Then it goes back on the market, to a new family, starting another life.
This is exactly what makes the system work: the furniture is designed from the outset to be restorable. Solid wood that can withstand sanding, joints that can be taken apart and put back together, finishes that can be renewed. Without that, circularity is just a promise.
